Final Results from Ultimate Reset

I’m sorry that I’m posting this so late but I got caught up in other things and time got away from me.
I completed the Ultimate Rest almost a week ago and I feel so good.  I am down 13 lbs and 5 inches.  I thought for sure I would gain most of it back in a week but I haven’t gained 1 pound back!! I can finally fit into ALL my pre-pregnancy clothes very comfortably which makes me smile….BIG!  It was very challenging at times but so worth it in the end.  Last night, I actually cooked up some frozen veggies and they honestly tasted like plastic to me and had NO FLAVOR!  I only made them because we were out of fresh veggies but food tastes so different to me unless it’s fresh.  For anyone who knows me knows I LOVE CHEESE.  I haven’t had cheese in almost a month and I don’t even want it on my turkey sandwiches anymore. I have substituted bell peppers and onions in place of the cheese.  Weird? Maybe, but it is delicious!!

I have only had half a glass of tea and a small coffee in almost a month.  That is unheard of – for me, anyway.  I love coffee!!  I just don’t need it as much as I used to. I did start eating meat again-I’m never giving that up! 🙂 I also haven’t had any alcohol.  I am trying my hardest to stay on track and keep as many chemicals out of my body as possible because I feel so much better.  It seems weird to me now to eat something that comes out of a box or package that has a tons of ingredients I have never heard of.  I knew exactly what was going into my body on the Reset and understood all the ingredients so for me it just makes more sense to keep it that way.

Again, I am very happy with my results and I would highly recommend this program to anyone!  It is challenging and it can be hard at times but it’s also only 21 days and the knowledge you walk away with and the way you feel after wards outweighs everything else.
Feel free to email me if you have any questions or if you would like to give it a try. mgauthier28@gmail.com
